Redeeming the key
Section titled “Redeeming the key”See Redeem a license key for how to enter the key in the app. The same key works on both Mac and Windows, and one key can be used on up to 3 devices.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Symptom | Fix |
|---|---|
| ”No matching pledge was found” | Double-check the name and pledge number registered on Tumblbug. Spaces in the name are ignored. |
| The name is correct but nothing is found | Enter your Tumblbug user ID instead of your name. Some pledges are registered under the ID. |
| ”The pledge payment has not completed yet” | Try again after the Tumblbug payment settles. |
| ”Too many requests” | Try again in a minute. |
